SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you have received damaged products, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 30 business days via email at service@rayshir.com. When requesting a return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number, and clearly describe the reason for your exchange or return, such as product unsuitability, dissatisfaction, or receipt of damaged goods. In most cases, we may also request photos of the relevant items for our records, especially in the case of damaged items. Unfortunately, if you have discarded the proof of purchase or the items, we regret that we cannot fulfill your request. To assist you, these items must still be in your possession, as we may need you to return them to us. Regrettably, Rayshir Cosmetics cannot refund the original shipping fees on your package or the return shipping fees; we will deduct the return shipping label fee from the total refund amount.

PLEASE NOTE:

1.Rayshir Cosmetics only accepts exchanges or returns for products purchased from https://rayshir.com.
2.Exchange or return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
3.Contact customer service via email at service@rayshir.com, providing proof of purchase, reasons for exchange or return, and photos of the relevant items.
4.If returning products purchased during a special promotion (e.g., buy two get one free, bundled sets), all items included in the promotion must be returned for a refund.
5.Items purchased with a discount rate equal to or greater than 50% will be considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or points.
6.Original shipping fees and return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount; the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
7.After submitting an exchange or return request, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Once processed, you will receive an email notification,The refund will take an additional 1-7 business days to be returned to the original payment method.
8.For returns or exchanges unrelated to product quality, it is essential to ensure that the items can be resold without any impact. This includes:
    a.To safeguard your rights and ensure the overall experience of our customers, we kindly request that you maintain the merchandise,including accessories, tags, sales receipts, complimentary items, and packaging, in perfect condition when returning or exchanging goods.
    b.The merchandise must not exhibit signs of wear, washing, staining, or any form of deliberate damage.
    c.To prevent quality issues arising from improper use or storage, please handle the merchandise with care. Returned or exchanged items should not display any signs of normal wear and tear.

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

    • Domestic vs  International shipments
    • Total weight of package
    • Selected shipping method

We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside upon checkout.

Free shipping for domestic orders over $125 and international orders over $185!

All items in a bundle, set, or full collection purchase must be returned to receive a refund, excluding free gifts with purchase.

Rayshir Cosmetics currently only supports PayPal for payments. We plan to introduce additional payment methods in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.

Rayshir Cosmetics operates for working on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders will be processed within 4-8 business days after your order placement, followed by additional shipping time estimated at 3-10 business days for delivery to your location. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee,If encountering adverse weather or other uncontrollable factors, delivery may be delayed.

Once the package is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification and tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to update after its creation. Rayshir Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or tariffs that may apply to your shipment due to local regulations.

Note: These timelines do not apply during restocking, new product releases, and special promotional periods. For specific shipping details, please refer to your order confirmation email!

Please contact our customer service at service@rayshir.com. We aim to deliver your product to you as soon as possible.

Sometimes, you may receive a message indicating that it is not possible to ship the goods to the selected address. If the address you are trying to use is located in an area that our carrier finds difficult to reach, the carrier may identify the address as invalid. In such cases, when your address is in an area that our carrier finds challenging to deliver to, or if there is an error in the provided address, we will notify you of the address/region error via email. We hope that you can provide a new and deliverable shipping address. Our goal is for everyone who enjoys Rayshir products to be able to use them.

Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add service@rayshir.com to your safe sender’s list.

Sometimes tracking numbers update faster than the delivery. Your package is still on the way and should be delivered within a couple days! Please email us at service@rayshir.com with your order number so we can look into this for you.

If your order requires urgent delivery, please contact our customer service in advance via service@rayshir.com for communication. In cases where urgent delivery is not supported due to remote areas or special circumstances, we will promptly get in touch with you to prevent any inconvenience regarding the arrival time you expect.

Note: Urgent delivery may incur additional shipping charges, and we will inform you of the specifics through email.

Please contact our customer service personnel via email at service@rayshir.com and provide your order number. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to proceed with the return process.

If you need to change the address or adjust or an order, pass as soon as possible service@rayshir.com Contact customer service. If your order is adjusted, we will alert you at the time the change is made.
